摘要
从业状态审美化是从业状态的理想模式,是从业状态发展的终极目标。从业状态审美化的基本内涵至少包括关系谐和、自由创造、自我实现、心情愉悦,它的本质特征是和谐。从业状态审美化的提出有充足的理论依据:美的本质和规律理论,人业匹配、人业互择理论,马斯洛动机理论和职业心理学的相关理论。从业状态审美化的提出还有坚实的现实基础:个人、组织和社会对于从业状态审美化的自发的追求。从业状态审美化是一种系统状态,依赖于系统内外诸要素的发展和它们之间关系的平衡。
Aesthetic appreciation of employment status is the ideal form and the ultimate objective of employment status. The basic connotation of aesthetic appreciation of employment status includes at least: relationship harmonization, freedom creation, self- realization and pleasant mood. The essential characteristics of aesthetic appreciation of employment status are harmony. The ample theoretical basic of aesthetic appreciation of employment status include: the nature and law of beauty, the theory of matching and mutual selection between job and people, Abraham H. Maslom' s motivation theory and related theory in occupational psychology. The solid reality foundation of aesthetic appreciation of employment status: the spontaneous original pursuance for aesthetic appreciation of employment status of employees, organization and society. Employment status is a kind of system status, dependent on the harmony of the development and relationship of all factors, both internal and external.
