糖肾康颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定

Determination the Content of Astragaloside in Tangshenkang Granules

目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定糖肾康颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Phonomenex C_(18) (150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(32:68);流速0.8 ml·min^(-1);ELSD参数:漂移管温度105℃;载气流速2.7 ml·min^(-1);柱温40℃。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在1.004～5.020μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 0,平均回收率为98.82%。RSD为0.64%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、专属性及重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于糖肾康颗粒的质量控制。

Objective： To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination the content of astragaloside in Tangshenkang granules. Method： The Phonomenex C18 column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. Acetonitrile-water（32： 68） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile phase was 0.8 ml·min^-1. The tube temperature of the detector was 105 ℃. The flow rate of pure air was 2.7 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was 40 ℃. Result： The linearity was obtained from 1. 004 - 5. 020 μg （ r = 0. 999 0）. The average recovery was 98.82% with RSD = 0.64% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, simple, specific and accurate for determination of astragaloside in Tangshenkang granules.
