摘要
目的:建立复方金刚烷胺氨基比林片中氨基比林的含量测定HPLC法。方法:色谱柱Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm.5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(52:48),检测波长为272 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围为0.37~2.25μg(r= 0.999 9),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.5%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便准确、准确,重现性好,可用于复方金刚烷胺氨基比林片中氨基比林的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination the Content of Aminophenajone in compound amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC. Method: The Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanolwater(52:48), The detection wavelength was at 272 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result: The linear range of aminophenazone was 0.37 -2.25 μg(r = 0.999 9), the average recovery rate 99.8%, RSD was 0.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination the content of Aminophenazone in Compound Amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets.
