摘要
美国教师专业化在经历了二三十年的变革与发展之后,其框架体系已基本成熟,显示出了重视教师教育专业课程建设、倡导"反思经验"实践、严格教师资格认可制度的基本取向,呈现了师资水平的高学历化、培养培训的多样化、教师活动的组织化等主要特点,并推动了美国乃至世界各国教师专业化的深入发展。
American teacher professionalization has experienced some reform and great development in the past two and three decades. Now,the system has been nearly perfect,which focuses on the professional curriculum development of teacher education,promotes reflective experience practice,builds rigid teacher qualification certificate system. The system has showed some characteristics as follows: the higher education background of teachers, the various training for teachers, and rigorous organization for teacher professional activities. All these have greatly promoted the development of teacher professionalization in America and other countries in the world.
