American teacher professionalization has experienced some reform and great development in the past two and three decades. Now,the system has been nearly perfect,which focuses on the professional curriculum development of teacher education,promotes reflective experience practice,builds rigid teacher qualification certificate system. The system has showed some characteristics as follows： the higher education background of teachers, the various training for teachers, and rigorous organization for teacher professional activities. All these have greatly promoted the development of teacher professionalization in America and other countries in the world.
