The'Great Project'of the Party construction was launched at Wayaobao Conference and completed at the Seventh Na- tional Congress of the CPC.In terms of the characteristics of the shift in construction keys,it can be divided into organi- zation construction,theoretical construction,ideological construction,political construction and other stages,each of which has explicit arrangement and relative achievements.This comprehensive construction project is a choice project in the construction of ideology,politics and organization.
