在深入贯彻落实科学发展观的过程中,需要特别注意正确理解和科学认识科学发展观与以经济建设为中心的关系,科学发展观与均衡和非均衡发展的关系,共同富裕、建设小康社会与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系,构建和谐社会与深化市场化改革的关系,和谐社会中的收入分配与经济发展的关系,科学发展观指导下的政府与市场的关系,科学发展观与改革开放新阶段的关系,自主创新、转变经济发展方式与政府职能转换的关系等一系列重大问题。这对于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。

In carrying out the concept of scientific development,special attention should be paid to the correct understanding of the relations between the concept of scien- tific development and the central position of economic construction,the concept of scientific development and balanced and unbalanced development,common wealth and constructing harmonious socialist community,constructing harmonious community and the reform in deepening marketization,the income and distribution in harmonious community and eco- nomic development,government and market under the guidance of the concept of scientific development,understanding of the concept of scientific development and the new stage of reform and opening-up,independent innovation,trans- forming economic development modes and the shift of government's functions and other series of major issues.This will be of great theoretical and realistic significance in sticking to and developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
