摘要
用浇注冷却法制备５种高分子亲水凝胶，对制备特性及韧弹性等进行比较；用其中较好的聚乙烯醇凝胶作为透皮给药系统载体，分别制备了盐酸维拉帕米贴膏和中药止咳祛痰贴膏，对其体外释放及临床疗效等进行了初步研究。结果提示，这种聚乙烯醇凝胶可望作为药物透皮给药系统的一种新的良好载体。
By pouring cooling method, five kinds of hydrophilic gels (starch, agar, gelatin ,CMC Na and PVA) were prepared. The characteristics of preparation, tenacity and elasticiey were compared. Taking the PVA gel which features better characteristics as the carrier a plaster of verapamine hydrochloride and a traditional Chinese antitussive and expectorant in the form of plaster were prepared. The behavior of drug releasing in vitro and curative effect were preliminarily studied. The results show that the PVA gel may be a fine carrier for transdermal therapeutic system.
