从刺人参叶中分离并鉴定了２种新甙，丝石竹皂甙元３ＯβＤ呲喃葡萄糖基２８ＯαＬ呲喃鼠李糖基（１→４）βＤ呲喃葡萄糖基（１→６）βＤ呲喃葡萄糖甙和３β羟基羽扇豆２０（２９）烯２３醛２８酸３ＯβＤ呲喃葡萄糖基２８ＯαＬ呲喃鼠李糖基（１→４）βＤ呲喃葡萄糖基（１→６）βＤ呲喃葡萄糖甙。

Two new saponins (cirensenoside Q and R) were isolated from the leaves of Oplopanax elatus. Their structures were elucidated as follows: Q, gypsogenin 3 O β glucopyranosyl 28 O α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→4) β D glucopyranosyl(1→6) β D glucopyranoside; R,3β hydroxylup 20(29) ene 23 al 28 oic acid 3 O β D glucopyranosyl 28 O α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→4) β D glucopyranosy1(1→6) β D glucopyranoside, respectively.
