晕皮炎2例

Two cases of halo dermatitis

报告发生于脂溢性角化病及色素痣上的晕皮炎各1例。例1.女,24岁。左小腿丘疹3年,周围出现红斑、丘疹及脱屑2个月。皮损中心组织病理检查符合脂溢性角化改变。相邻皮损组织病理检查见角化不全,海绵形成,真皮淋巴细胞浸润。切除该丘疹3d后原周围湿疹样改变逐渐消失。例2.女,43岁。躯干、四肢色素痣周围相继出现红斑、丘疹及鳞屑,湿疹样改变自行消退时中心色素痣逐渐缩小、消失,局部留下萎缩性瘢痕。

Two cases of halo dermatitis are reported. A 24-year-old female complained of a papule on the lefl pretibial skin for 3 years, with surrounding erythema, papules and scales for 2 months. The central papule showed typical histopathological changes of seborrheie keratosis, and the adjacent skin lesion revealed parakeratosis, spongiosis with lymphocytic infiltration in the dermis which indicated the diagnosis of halo dermatitis. Eczematoid changes disappeared 3 days after removal of the papule. Another 43-year-old female devehloped erythema, papules and scales around pigmented nevi on the trunk and extremities successively. As the eczematoid changes cleared spontaneously, these nevi became decreased in size untimately replaced with atrophic scar.
