LCA阴性的原发性皮肤CD30^+间变性大细胞淋巴瘤

Primary cutaneous LCA^-,CD30^+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma

报告1例原发性皮肤CD30+间变性大细胞淋巴瘤。患者女,48岁。左肩胛区红斑3年,逐渐增大、增多。组织病理检查曾疑诊为皮脂腺癌、默克尔细胞癌,后诊断为黑素瘤,并行手术切除,最后确诊为原发性皮肤CD30+间变性大细胞淋巴瘤。

An unusual case of primary cutaneous LCA-, CD30＋, anaplastic large-cell lymphoma （C-ALCL） is reported. A 48-year-old woman presented with erythema on left scapular region for 3 years and progressively increasing in size and number for past months. She had been suspected to be sebaceous adenoearcinoma or Merkel cell carcinoma, even misdiagnosed as malignant melanoma, and the lesion was excised, Finally, she was diagnosed as LCA-, CD30＋ anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
