散发性肘毛增多症

A sporadic case of hypertrichosis cubiti

报告1例散发性肘毛增多症。患者男,63岁。双肘毛先天性增多、变长。20～40岁时肘毛最长达14cm左右。患者发育正常,无畸形。家族成员无类似疾病。皮肤科检查示前臂伸侧自肘关节附近至腕关节可见色黑、约10cm、长短一致的体毛密集分布。诊断:散发性肘毛增多症。

One sporadic case of hypertrichosis cubiti is reported. A 63-year-old male presented with hypertrichosis on both arms after birth. The elbow hairs reached as long as 14 cm in his twenties to forties. He had a normal development and constitution. There was no similar family case. Hypertrichosis bilaterally and densely distributed on the extensor surface of both forearms, with a unanimous length of 10 cm. All this suggest the diagnosis of hypertriehosis cubiti.
