当前,有组织犯罪在我国已成为一种危害后果极其严重的犯罪活动。因此,以有组织犯罪的"保护伞"为切入点,通过对"保护伞"的成因、特点的剖析,可为防范和控制有组织犯罪开辟一条新的有效途径。

Nowadays, the activities of criminal groups and criminal gangs are becoming more and more frequently. And orga- nized crime has become one of the most serious kinds. Through paying more attention to its “protecting umbrella”, especially the char- acteristics and the reasons of its being, we hope to find effective countermeasures against organized crime.
