The Application on Tissue Engineering Technology in Muscle Lumen of Urinary System

摘要 本文对泌尿系统肌性管腔组织工程技术中的种子细胞、支架材料、生长因子及组织构建的研究近况进行了系统的综述。探讨了目前存在于泌尿系统组织工程研究中的许多问题,反映了近来有关输尿管、膀胱、尿道缺损修复的新进展,为进一步研究奠定了理论基础。 Nowadays tissue engineering in urinary system is the subject of intense interest. We will review the research advances of seeding cells, scaffold materials, growth factors and tissue construction in this paper. Then some problems existed in this research field and the new developments in reconstruction to the defects of ureter , bladder and urethral will be discussed. It is our hope that this review will provide some new insights for the further study.
