本文分析了引起大黄山矿一号副井井筒偏斜的地质采矿原因。根据实测资料，提出并实施了罐道、罐道梁检修方法，取得了良好的保护效果。

Inclination of the mine's auxiliary shaft may be attributed to both geological factors and mining disturbance. Based on actually observed data, remarked protection result has been obtained through adopting special maintenance measures for shaft wall, cageway and guide beam,etc.
