摘要
超声波电机具有不同于传统电机的诸多优点,使其有着广泛的应用前景。本文给出了一种基于电机控制专用DSP芯片DSP56F801的超声波电机驱动控制电路,分析了其结构及工作过程,给出了不同于传统电机驱动的对称PWM信号生成方法,并进行了实验验证,效果良好。
Ultrasonic motor has some advantages which are different from the traditional motors. These advantages will accelerate its widely application. This paper introduces a control and driving circuit based on DSP56F801 for ultrasonic motor. The circuit's structure is analyzed, and the symmetrical PWM signal generating method based on DSP is also introduced to control the push-pull driver. The experimental results proved that the design is correct.
