摘要
根据药厂提出的用户要求,给出了制药厂微粉车间空调自控系统的设计过程。结合实际运行可能出现的异常情况,给出了故障诊断的实现方法,实现了智能诊断,系统安全可靠,维护方便。
The design of air condition control system based on PLC to meet the need of medicine factory is given. The method of fault diagnose is presented according to the abnormity in system running. From the running result in Hanjiang Drug Corporation, we can see that this control system is characterized of security, credibility and easy to maintenance.
