摘要
基于传统旋转电机机电能量转换理论,提出了旋转电机第三功能的概念,该旋转电机无传统电机的电能或机械能输出,而是充分利用旋转电势的二次电流损、磁滞涡流损及机械杂散损耗等,将输入的能量全部转化为传统意义上的“损耗”,即全部转换为热能。介绍了原理结构、工作机理,进行了基本解析和实验研究。研究表明旋转电机第三功能的可行性,可构成新型旋转电磁热机,除具有传统热机的热效应外,还具有对水媒质的磁化软化功能、防垢除垢功能及良好的节能效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, based on the theory of electromechanical-energy-conversion of traditional electric rotating machine, the concept of the third function of electric machine is provided. Instead of output mechanical energy or electric energy, the new concept machine make full use of the copper loss, eddy current loss, hysteresis loss, mechanical loss and so on, and the input energy convert to heat energy completely. A novel electromagnetic heat engine is fabricated. The fundamental principle, configuration and application field is given and the feasibility is discussed, The basic theoretical analyses and experiments are carried out. The experiments indicate that the novel rotating electromagnetic heat engine not only has the grads, but also has effects of magnetization and engine has a wide application prospect. merits of high efficiency, high temperature ascending softening on the water medium. This kind of novel heat engine has a wide application prospect.
