摘要 为满足Marx发生器的充放电脉冲工作要求,提出采用恒导通时间-恒频率控制策略的LCC串并联谐振变换器作为IGBT开关Marx发生器的充电电源。利用Pspice软件和等效模型模态方法对断续模式工作的LCC变换器实现软开关的原理进行分析,给出设计原则。仿真结果表明变换器能够以较高效率满足Marx发生器从短路到开路的宽范围变动工作特性的充电要求,实现高达1kHz重复频率变频变脉宽稳定运行。所提出的方法为研发制造紧凑型一体化高重复频率Marx发生器式功率脉冲电源开辟了一条新路。 To meet the charging and discharging requirement of the Marx generator in pulse operation, a LCC series-parallel resonant converter under constant on-time/constant frequency control worked as the charging power supply of IGBT switch-based Marx generator is presented. Pspice and mode analysis of equivalent circuits are used to analyze the principle of the LCC converter in discontinuous mode to realize soft switching. The design principle is also proposed. The simulation result indicates that with good charging efficiency, the converter can meet the charging requirement of the operating characteristic from short-circuit to open-circuit of Marx generator in wide load range, and can operate steadily under variable frequency and variable pulse-width pulses with lkHz repetition rate tops. The proposed method brings some new thoughts for the research and development of pulse power supply using compact integrated Marx generator with high repetition rates.
