摘要
交错并联变换器动态和稳态特性与集成磁件的耦合系数大小有关。本文提出一种耦合度可改变的阵列式集成磁件,分析了在消除气隙的情况下可改变耦合电感耦合度的原理,给出了耦合度计算公式及集成磁件设计公式。利用有限元分析软件分析比较了阵列式集成磁件与传统磁心开气隙集成磁件的电感量、绕组损耗和磁心热损耗,结果表明阵列式集成磁件与传统磁心开气隙集成磁件相比具有诸多优点。样机实验表明,交错并联变换器动静态响应较好。
The dynamic and steady-state characteristics of staggered-shunt converter are related to the coupling coefficient of integrated magnetics. In this paper, a kind of changeable coupling degree of array integrated magnetics is proposed, and the principle of changeable coupling inductor coupling degree is analyzed in the situation of elimination air gap. The coupling degree calculation formula and the integrated magnetics design formula are produced. The inductance quantity, winding loss and core hot loss are compared between array integrated magnetics and traditional integrated magnetics with air gap using the finite element analysis software. The results indicate that array integrated magnetics have more merits than traditional integrated magnetics with air gap. The prototypical experiment indicates that staggered-shunt converter has better dynamic and static characteristic.
