摘要
以国内某厂板坯连铸机的在线脱锭装置设计为例子,简单分析和计算脱锭力以及如何正确选择液压缸,重点分析在线脱锭的整个工作过程,为设计在线脱锭装置提供理论依据。
Striping force was calculated and analyzed to correctly choose the hydraulic cylinder for dummy bar head striping system. It helps to design a proper on - line striping system in a continuous caster.
