黑素瘤抑制性活性蛋白在恶性黑素瘤中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 黑素瘤抑制性活性蛋白(MIA)是近年来在研究黑素瘤细胞株HTZ19时分离的抑制黑素瘤细胞增殖的因子,其基因与在软骨细胞内发现的CD—RAP基因相同。在对转基因小鼠的研究中观察到,MIA主要在胚胎的软骨细胞内表达.在乳腺胚胎发育过程中也有该基因的短暂表达,乳腺发育成熟后即消失,并且发现MIA在部分乳腺癌及胰腺癌、胃癌中有一定表达。
