知识管理系统绩效评价研究 被引量:11

摘要 如何测评知识管理系统具有重要的现实意义。在已有研究成果基础上,考虑到平衡计分卡的优点,结合CO-BIT框架建立了一个基于BSC的KMS有效性评价模型,该模型包含四个视角:知识管理能力、用户、学习与创新、战略与财务绩效。通过对四个视角的作用分析,构造了四个视角的评价矩阵和评价模型。
