电动车刹车片温度的无线采集

摘要 温度是影响刹车片性能的一个重要的环境变量。一方面,温度制约着刹车片的制动性、耐磨性等各方面的性能。另一方面,它又体现了刹车片的制动性和耐磨性等性能。所以,温度采集在刹车片材料的研究中是至关重要的。文中提出了一个测量电动车制动过程中刹车片温度的设计方案。该设计包括温度采集、温度数据传输、温度数据存储和数据显示整个环节,分为硬件设计和软件设计两个部分。在硬件稳定性和软件的优化方面也做了充分的工作。通过该系统所测得的温度,结合制动距离,可对刹车片的研究和改良提供指导性依据。根据其在工程中的实际应用可知,该设计方案是完全可行的。 Temperature is one of the important environment variables that influence the capability of brakeblock. On the one hand, capabilities of the brake-block such as brake performance and durableness are restricted by the temperature. On the other hand, capabilities of the brake-block are reflected by it. Therefore, it's important to measure the temperature of the brake-block on the research of the material. A plan on measuring the temperature of brake-block in the braking process is proposed. It's divided into two parts: design of hardware and design of software. The entire process including temperature collection, temperature data transmission, temperature data memory and data display is involved. And sufficient works on the stability of the hardware and the optimization of the software are done. The directive gists to the research and improvement on brake-block are provided by the temperature measured by this system and the braking distance. According to the practical application, this plan is proved to be feasible.
