Design Method of Un-emersion Grounding Columns

搭接是舰船与飞机上应用非常普遍的接地形式,在阐述了电子设备接地设计重要性的同时,介绍一种应用于机载型设备上不脱出式接地柱的设计方法。通过考虑材料的选择和接地工艺的技术要求,在保证设备良好接地的基础上,并保证接地柱的固定方式能满足快速、简捷地拧松、旋紧螺母,方便搭接垫片的安装与拆卸,同时拧松的螺母不会脱落,避免了机载设备中不允许出现的安全隐患现象,满足机载型设备可靠性及可维修性的设计要求。

Lap joint is often used in ship and plane for grounding. After describing the importance of grounding design in electronic equipment, a design method of un-emersion grounding poles using in airborne equipment is introduced in this paper. Considering the choice of material and the technical requirement about grounding, based on the good grounding properties of equipment, the nuts in this grounding columns can be screwed quickly and simple loosen, removing and loading of lap gasket is very convenient and loosening nuts are un-emersion, so the reliability and maintainalility of the equipment can be satisfied.
