基于PRO/E弹簧通用件库的建立

摘要 以Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire3.0系统为背景,结合压缩弹簧实际建模,给出了通用件弹簧库建立的一般方法,以及库在Pro/E工作模式下的配置和调用。通用件库的建立主要采用了Pro/Program功能。Pro/Program可以把每个零件或组建模型的主要设计步骤和参数列表进行记录。对于非专业的开发人员,只要利用类似BASIC的高级语言,根据设计需要,编写模型相应的Program,就可以方便、快捷地对模型特征的出现与否,模型尺寸的大小,零件与组件的个数有效的控制。最后Pro/e在运行该程序时,通过人机交互模式,提示用户输入控制参数,就可以得到不同几何形状的零件,从而达到快速满足设计要求的目的,该种方法的建立具有通用性,也可以移植到其它通用件、标准件库的建立中去,对于提高企业的设计和管理能力具有重要意义。 Combined with practical spring model, this spring parts library based on pro/e 3.0 systerm and pattern. The library was established by Pro/Program paper introduced some basic methods about establishing the related configuration and calling under employment function which could record each part's primary process of design and parameters. Using Pro/Program advanced language similar to BASIC language, no-professional user could also program required procedure to control model's relative characters. When Pro/e runned, the user could enter parameters by man-machine conversation and get parts with different shapes, inorderto achieved celerity design. This method is provided with universality, so it could be applied to libraries of other general parts and standard parts. It is of great importance to improve design and management of manufacture enterprise.
