摘要
本文对风化壳淋积型稀土矿淋出液进行了除杂工艺研究。并在一系列条件实验的基础上,分别建立了氨水加硫化钠除杂和碳铵加硫化钠除杂两种工艺的经验模型。提出的除杂工艺降低了生产成本,提高了产品纯度,经验模型具有一定的实际应用价值。
In this testwork, the experimental conditions of impurities removal from the exchanged liquor of the ion-adsorption type of rare earth ores are detailed described. Based on the systematical tests, the empirical models of impurities removal are established. The models of impurities removal by ammonia liquor and sodium sulfide, and by ammonium bicarbonate and sodium sulfide are respectively:The impurities removal is greatly favourable for the reduction of production cost and the increase of product purity. These models are practically useful.
