The software reliability is comprehensively studied. The development of software products is proposed to be managed in terms of engineering, standardization, and institutionalization. It is also suggested that study and practice should be intensified for the technologies and management of software reliability, and administrative regulations should be rigorously enforced so as to raise the level of reliability of software products.
