摘要
以企业的财务绩效诊断为背景，提出了诊断表示的概念，构建了一个管理问题诊断的认知模型，探讨了诊断表示所受到的约束、能够运用的启发式及认知活动。
Based on the context of the financial performance diagnosis,the concept of diagnosis representative is put forward,a cognitive model of the managerial problem diagnosis is set up.The diagnosis representative subject to constraints,heuristics and cognitive activities are discussed The ability of dealing with constraints,and heuristics of different individual chavacteristic are diffevent.Their cognitive activity and diagnogis representative are also di fferent.
