摘要
用煤研石低温合成制取的β-SiC微粉来调节α-SiC的非线性导电性能,取得了良好效果。讨论了β-SiC的导电机理和粒度、含量对α-SiC非线性导电性能的影响。指出了有可能用β-SiC代替α-SiC作防晕材料,从而使材料成本大大降低。
It has obtained a good effect that that micro powder β SiC is used to regulate the non linear electrical conductivity property of α SiC and the β SiC is madc from gangue synthesizing at low temperature.The electrical conductivity mechanism of β SiC and the effects of the particle size and content of β SiC on the non linear electrical conductivity property are also discussed,showing that it is possible to replace α SiC with β SiC for anti corona material to reduce the cost of materials greatly
