骨骼肌内胶原对机械负荷的适应性 被引量:2

摘要 结缔组织是由细胞外基质形成的。肌腱、肌肉周围与肌内的细胞外基质确保了骨骼肌与骨骼之间的功能连接。细胞外基质位于细胞之间,由胶原蛋白与非胶原蛋白组成。结缔组织有多种功能,首先。对血管、神经提供机械支持;其次,结缔组织使肌肉具有弹性;第三,能够进行力量传递,来自肌纤维的力量传递不仅经肌肉-肌腱接头处至肌腱及骨,而且在肌纤维间与肌肉的肌束间进行侧面传递。
