摘要
民办高校要以反映员工对组织的实际贡献为出发点和归宿,以激励员工士气为己任,以涵盖员工做出贡献的所有方面为标准,以尽可能的量化指标为依据,来构建一套适合自身发展的教师绩效评价体系。本文从民办高校教师的学识、经验、智商和心理健康水平,在教学、科研和社会服务等活动中承担、完成任务的数量和质量,以及学生、教务部门和社会对教师的满意度等方面,量化出绩效考评的各项指标,对民办高校教师绩效评价体系进行构建,并采用A民办高校教师的实际数据对本体系进行实证研究。
Non-governmental institutions of higher learning must take the actual contributions of their staff to the organization as the starting point and destination, regard the stimulation of the staff's morale as their duties, cover all the respects of the staffs contributions, and try to have quantitative targets in order to construct a set of evaluation system for teachers' achievements suit- able for its own development. The paper tries to construct an evaluation system for teacher's achievements in non-governmental in- stitutions of higher learning according to the teachers' learning, experience, IQ and health level, the quantity and quality with which they undertake and fulfill the tasks in teaching, scientific research and social service, and the quantitative examination of the students, studies departments and the society for the degree of satisfaction with the teachers' achievements. An empirical study is made for the system based on the specific data of teachers in a non-governmental institution of higher learning.
