战略提法具有言简意赅的特点,是对经济发展战略的高度凝炼。基于浙江省发展转型的要求,对下一阶段浙江经济发展战略从制造业是经济发展的基石、服务业是经济运行的优化器、对外投资是经济价值链的提升器等三方面作了深入探讨,以创业、创新和浙江精神为战略支撑,提出"构建三位一体的新浙江经济"一个颇有新意的浙江经济发展战略提法。

Based on the changing requirements of Zhejiang provincial development, the paper makes a profound discussion on Zhejiang economic developmental strategy at the next stage in the respects of the manufacturing industry that is the cornerstone of the economic development, the service industry that is the optimizer of the economic operation and foreign investment that is the lifter of the economic value chain. Taking the enterprising spirit, pioneering spirit and Zhejiang spirit as the strategic supporter, the paper presents a new strategic formulation for Zhejiang economic development, i.e. to construct a trinity of new Zhejiang economy.
