摘要
默会知识理论是英国哲学家麦克尔.波兰尼提出的。这个理论的提出使人们对知识的理解产生了巨大改变。现在这个理论已经走出了哲学的范畴,在很多重要领域发挥着不可替代的作用。本文在简要介绍默会知识理论主要论点的基础上,就其在教育上产生的重要意义作初步论述。
Tacit knowledge theory was initiated by Polanyi, Michael( 1966). It has exerted great influence on peoples' understand- ing about the notion of knowledge since the theory came into existence. Nowadays the tacit knowledge theory has gone beyond philosophy and played an important role in many fields. The paper introduces the tacit knowledge theory briefly and discusses the theory's impact on education.
