在高校教学管理中,各个教育主体之间由于所处的层面不同而普遍存在着信息不对称的现象,给教学管理带来了一定的负面影响。通过分析其成因,试图找出防范教学管理中各种信息不对称现象的有效措施,以期实现高效率的教学管理。

In the teaching management of institutions of higher learning, information asymmetry universally exists in educational units as they are at various levels, which exerts negative effect on the teaching management. Based on the analysis of the causes, the paper presents the effective measures against information asymmetry of various kinds in the teaching management so as to carry out highly efficient teaching management.
