摘要
在铝的冶炼过程中,有大量的氟石膏排出。以氟石膏脱水产生的熟石膏为主要原料制造氟石膏加气砌块,为该废渣的利用开辟了一条有效的途径。本文讨论了温度对试样性能的影响,确定了最佳的温度范围。在分析了石灰、熟石膏和复合缓凝剂等主要原料的作用机理的基础上,讨论了它们对加气砌块的性能的影响,并通过试验确定了熟料的最佳引入量为65~70%,饱和石灰掺量为12%,复合缓凝剂用量为不超过4.5%。
In the production process of aluminium, a large amount of fluorogypsum is removed. In this study,the fluorogypsum was dehyedrted to produoc calcined plaster as a main starting material to prepare Fluorogypsum Aerated Contrete Blork (FACB). This has developed availabic alternative for the comprehensive utilization of this kind of residue. The effects of temperature on sample's properties were discussed, and the optimum temperature range was determined. Based on analysing the acting mechanism of the main materials: lime,calcined gypsum and complex retarder etc., discussions on their effects on the performanes of FACB were carried out. And appropriate levels of addition were obtained by trials:calcined plaster is 65~70%, saturation lime is 12%, complex retarder is less than 4.5%.8figs., 3tabs., 6refs.
