球料比对机械合金化合成MoSi_2过程的影响

THE EFFECT OF MECHANICAL ALLOYING PROCESS OF MoSi_2 BY THE BALL-TO-POWDER WEIGHT RATIO

以5∶1、10∶1、20∶1、30∶1四种不同球科比采用机械合金化方法合成了MoSi_2粉末，通过X射线衍射仪和SEM研究并讨论了球料比对MoSi_2机械合金化过程的影响，指出装球量略小于球罐容积的2/3为宜。

MoSi_2 powder has been prepared by means of Mechanical Alloying(MA) infour kinds of the ball-to -powder weight ratio : 5∶1, 10∶1, 20∶1 and 30∶1. The MA processof MoSi_2 is investigated by X-ray diffraction and SEM.It shows that it's better whenthe amount of balls is littlr than 2/3 of the volume of container. 5figs., 6refs.
