摘要
本文通过对渗硼机理的研究,认为碳是影响渗硼的主要因素之一。在此基础上,通过试验确定当碳含量为0.35~0.45%时,其硼层质量较好。对低碳钢可采用预渗碳—渗硼工艺,而对高碳钢则可采用预脱碳—渗硼工艺。
By researching in the boronising mechanism , this paper suggested that carbonwas one of the main effects on the boronising process moreover. Trials indicated that whencarbon colltent was 0.35~0.45%, the quality of carb n layer was good. The proces ofprecarbonization boronisation could be used in low carbonsteel, while on high carbonsteel,the process an of predecarbonization-boronisation could be used. 6figs., 3tabs., 3refs.
