Design to Gas Density Detector Based on AVR Single-Chip Processor

摘要 给出了基于AVR单片机AT90S8535瓦斯浓度检测仪的设计方案。该系统由瓦斯敏感探头和CH217芯片来对矿井内的瓦斯浓度进行测量,单片机根据传感器电路的报警输出信号及反馈电压值,控制语音芯片间隔固定时段对瓦斯浓度进行通报,发生险情及时报警,LED数码管显示作为辅助模块,动态显示瓦斯浓度。此外,当单片机所采集的瓦斯浓度达到设定数据量时,通过RS-485总线传送给上位机进行综合分析。 Based on the analysis to cause of gas explosion,the paper suggested to prevent this kind of accident by detecting gas density,and presented the scheme for designing AT90S8535 gas density detector on the basis of AVR single-chip processor. In this system,gas sensitive probe and CH217 chip was applied to detect gas density in shaft,and accord-ing to the output alarming signal and feedback voltage value of sensor circuit,the single-chip processor control voice chip to report gas den-sity every each fixed time and timely alarm at dangerous conditions. LED numerical tube served as aid module to dynamically display gas density in percent. While gas density collected by single-chip proces-sor equal to preset data,it would be transferred to upper-position processor by RS-485 to make synthetic analysis.
