摘要
分析了目前中频感应加热过程温度控制中存在的问题，提出了一种新的适合于非线性、惯性系统应用的动态控制的方法，即参数自调整模糊控制方法。介绍了参数自调整模糊控制器的原理、组成及参数自调整模糊温度控制的实现方法。
The suspending problems in temperature control for mid frequency induction heating are analysed.Then a novel dynamic control method,the fuzzy control method of parameter self adjustment is presented,which is suitable for the application to nonlinear and inertial system.The working pricniple and the configuration of the apparatus with parameter self control adjustment are also introduced in detail,with the fuzzy control method discussed.This investigation on controlling method provides basic theory and effective way for the optimised control of temperature in mid frequency heat treating processed.
