摘要
在分析和理论推导的基础上，利用最优传递矩阵对传统的层次分析法（ＡＨＰ）进行改进，建立了改进的层次分析法（ＩＡＨＰ）。利用ＩＡＨＰ求得的判断矩阵能自然满足一致性要求，不需要进行一致性检验。
On the basis of theoritical analysis,the improved AHP(IAHP)is established by ussing the optimal transfer matrix,and the judgement matrix obtained by IAHPis consistent.so the weigh value of factors can be directly determined in the constant of that consistent test is not required.
