乳化炸药异常流变性与其微观稳定性的关系

THE BIZARRE RHEOLOGIC PROPERTIES AND MICROSCOPICSTABILITY OF EMULSION EXPLOSIVES

通过综合测定比较采用不同乳化剂制备的乳化炸药的流变特性，发现乳化炸药的流变特性表现为触变性，并对其流变性和微观机理作了探讨，分析和阐述了其流变性与微观稳定性的关系及其不同温度和贮存时间对乳化炸药的触变性的影响，表明乳化炸药的流变性与其微观稳定性存在一定的关系，其触变性随着贮存时间的延长，存在负触变性的老化现象．得出了乳化炸药的触变性越大，其稳定性越高的结论。

Comprehensive tests were made to compare the rheologic properties of emulsion explosives made by different emulsifiers.It was found the rheologic property can be presented by negative thixotropy.And the rheologic property and microscopic mechanism were discussed.The relation between the rheologic property and microscopic mechanism,the influence of temperature and shelf time of on theixotropy were discussed.It showed that the rheologic properties of emulsion explosives were related to its microscopic stability.With the increase of shelf time,the negative thixotropy aging phenomenon took place.A conclusion was drawn the higher the thixotrophy,the more stable the emulsion explosives.It provides a new method for judging the stability of the emulsion explosives.
