摘要
选择以重庆地区高硫煤为研究对象,研究细粒煤脱硫的抑制剂和工艺.结果发现在适当改变粒度组成下,对含硫1.40%的南桐入浮煤样,添加巯基乙酸200g/t,可获得精煤硫分小于1.2%,产率为57.91%的良好指标.黄铁矿硫脱除率为63%,明显高于现场指标.采用量子化学计算、ESCA测试、ξ-电位分析等结果,探讨了煤系黄铁矿的抑制机理,得出浮选过程抑制黄铁矿的有效途径在于添加药剂使体系充分分散,减少黄铁矿与煤的静电吸附和降低煤系黄铁矿的含碳量.
The depressant and technology for desulfurization of fine coal are studied based on high sulphur coal from Chongqing.A clean coal with sulfur content of 1.2 % and yield 57.91% can be obtained by floatation method from raw coal with 1.4% sulfur by changing the feed size and adding 200 g/t of TGA.About 63% pyrite is removed.Also the mechanism for depressing of pyrite is studied,by means of quantum chemistry calculation,ESCA analysis,ξ potential analysis.The effective approaches for depressing pyrite in flotation are to reduce adsorption between coal and pyrite,and decrease the carbon content in pyrite.
