摘要
采用试验模态分析的方法对AM50型掘进机进行了动态特性分析,并在此基础上借助于计算机上的力响应仿真及结构动力修改进行了AM50型掘进机的结构优化设计,实测工作载荷下的计算机仿真结果表明,提出的结构优化修改方案将使AM50型掘进机的振动特性得到进一步的改善和提高,使其工作时的振动和摆动幅值平均下降10%~20%,研究结果对掘进机的改进以及新型机的设计具有参考价值.
Vibration characteristics of AM50 roadheader are investigated by means of modal analysis, and the dynamic structural optimization of the machine is carried out by the forced response simulation software and the structural dynamic modification software. The results of the forced response simulation under a measured loading have shown that the modification will greatly improve the vibration characteristics of the machine. The amplitude of vibration of the machine will decrease in average by 10%~20% of the primary amplitude. The results can be used as reference for improvement of roadheader and for design of new machine.
