摘要 介绍了3套甲胺装置改造前的生产运行状况;论述了技术改造方案:合成部分增设低温换热器,合成塔提馏段采用3级热量回收技术,增设蒸汽冷凝液闪蒸回收系统;对比了改造前后生产运行数据。结果表明,改造后甲胺生产能力从4万t/a扩大到6万t/a,产能提高了50%;吨甲胺蒸汽消耗从10 t降低到7.09 t;改造投资为746万元,年经济效益6 841万元,投资回收期约1.3月。 The running situation before reformation was introduced for 3 sets of methylamine plants; the technical reformation scheme was discussed; the low temperature heat exchanger was added in the synthesis section ; heat recovery technology in 3 stages was adopted in the distillation section of synthesis converter, the recovery system was added for the steam condensate flushing; the comparison was made for the producing running data before & after the reformation, the result indicates that after reformation the production capacity of methylamine is increased by 50% from 40 000 t/a to 60 000 t/a; steam consume per ton of methylamine is reduced from 10 t to 7.09 t; the invest for the reformation is 7.46 million Yuan RMB, annually economic benefit is 68.41 million Yuan RMB, the invest recovery period is only about 1.3 month.
