摘要 研究了运煤列车冻车破冻新技术———电磁脉冲振动清车技术,其工作原理是先给脉冲电容器较长时间的充电,将电能存储在电容器中,然后使电容器短路放电,因放电时间极短(可达微秒级),电路中的负载(换能器)获得很大的瞬时功率,并且将电场能转化为磁场能,在强脉冲电磁力的作用下换能器上的驱动板向车皮冲击,在应力波和瞬时强机械敲击的共同作用下,残余冻煤与列车车皮表面分离,利用翻车机与传送带间的落差,在翻车机倾倒时将大块冻煤摔碎,最后达到破冻的目的.介绍了电磁脉冲振动清车的特点,分析了现场试验结果,探讨了其应用前景.试验结果表明,磁脉冲振动清车技术是解决列车冻车问题有效、快捷、简便、节能的新技术、新方法. A new technique for cleaning of frozen wagon is studied,i.e.the electro magnetic pulse wagon cleaning method.The working principles of the method are:charging of a pulse capacitor for long period,which stores energy in the capacitor;then discharging of energy by short circuit of the capacitor;the load(transducer) in the circuit receives very high instantaneous power and converts the electrical field energy into a magnetic field power;the drive plate on the transducer produces impact force under the strong electro magnetic power on the wagon,so that the residual frozen coal is separated from the surface of the wagon under the common effect of stress wave and the strong mechanical knocking force.The lump frozen coal is broken into pieces when dumped from the tipper onto a belt conveyor.The features of this cleaning method,the site test results and its prospects are described.The test results have shown that this new method is effective,quick and simple,and can save energy as well.
