一次膨胀蒸汽在尿素解吸塔中的应用

摘要 分析了尿素解吸系统(解吸塔为浮阀塔)存在的低压吸收效果差、操作弹性小、解吸废液超标等问题;从工艺流程、设备结构等方面论证了新增1套解吸系统(解吸塔为填料塔),用一次膨胀蒸汽代替一次高压蒸汽的技改方案;重点论述了0.6 MPa一次膨胀蒸汽在尿素解吸系统改造中的应用;对比了解吸系统改造前后的运行数据。结果表明:一次膨胀蒸汽可在解吸系统正常应用,解吸系统操作弹性大,运行稳定。 Author has analyzed the existing problems, these are : bad effect of LP absorption, small flexibility of operation, waste solution from desorher exceeding standard limit etc. , in the desorbiug system (the desorber is a floating valve tower) of urea, it was proved from aspects of process flow and equipment structure for the technical reformation scheme of which the primary high pressure steam was replaced by primary expansion steam in a set of newly added desorber system ( the desorber is a packing tower) ; it has been emphasized and discussed, that the primary expansion steam at pressure of 0.6 MPa was applied in the reformation of urea disorption system, the running data before reformation was compared with the those data after reformation, the result indicates that the primary expansion steam can be normally applied in the desorbing system, running is stable with a larger operation flexibility.
