中国洁净煤技术发展的优先领域

Priorities of the development of Chinese clean coal technology

对中国洁净煤技术发展的优先领域进行了探讨。提出，在中国发展洁净煤技术应从中国的基本国情出发，大力发展以煤炭洗选为源头的煤炭加工技术，如在高寒缺水地区开发干法选煤和省水型选煤工艺，发展工业型煤、民用型煤，推广动力配煤技术和加强水煤浆的示范应用等；大力发展煤炭高效洁净燃烧与发电技术，发展燃用劣质煤、煤矸石的坑口电站；加大以煤炭气化、液化为主的煤炭转化技术的开发力度；加快污染物排放控制和废弃物处理技术的研究。并认为这些洁净煤技术发展项目应分层次进行组织实施。

Priorities of developing Chinese clean coal technology are discussed, and it is proposed that the development of clean coal technology in China be made in line with the basic national conditions of the country, focusing on developing coal processing technologies on the basis of coal preparation such as dry cleaning and water-saving preparation processes for frigid and arid areas, developing industrial and household briquettes, disseminating blending of steam coals and intensifying demonstrative application of coal-water mixture; developing high-efficiency and clean coal burning and power generation technologies and construction of pit-head power plants burning inferior coal and/or refuse; and intensifying the development of coal conversion technologies, mainly coal gasification and liquefaction, and technologies for pollutants discharge control and waste treatment. It is also proposed that these projects be undertaken in three topical areas.
