我国股市IPO抑价问题及其影响因素分析被引量：2

摘要 IPO抑价问题普遍存在于全球股票市场，而这一问题在我国尤为明显。国内外的学者对这一现象进行了大量的实证研究和分析，本文结合国外的研究成果分析了影响我国IPO抑价的各种因素，进而提出相关的政策建议。
