Basic Understanding on Development and Construction of Our Institute

本文深入地分析了当前我国高等教育和高校所面临的形势，以邓小平的科学技术思想为指导，结合我院的实际，提出了我院“坚持以教学为中心，走科研带教学，教学、科学研究和生产实践相结合”的发展道路，以及“高起点、强推进，一统、二联、三依靠、四争取”的发展战略，对我院的发展具有一定的指导意义。

Firstly,the paper analyses the situation that China's higher education and colleges and universities have faced in a deep-going way,and then under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's scientific and technological thoughts and on the basis of our institute's actual situation,it presents our institute's development path which insists on that teaching must be taken as central issure and promoted by scientific research and combined with scientific reseach and production practice.At last,it puts forward our institute's development strategies,i.e.,'high start point,strong advace,unity of thinking,alliance of all collegues,relying on productive enterprises and striving for supprots from all sectors.
