全球化是当代社会发展的重要趋势。伴随着经济、人权和法律的全球化发展,我国的检察权改革也必须在以人权保障更新检察理念、以国际准则重构检察权要素、以社会变迁的实践需求拓展检察权权能体系等方面对全球化做出积极的回应和调整。

Globalization is the important tendency of modern social development. With the globalization of economic,human rights and law, the prosecutional reform should be adjusted to revolve around the idea innovation of human rights, the prosecutional reconstitution of international standards, and the prosecutional expansion to meet the social inquirement.
